WHAT ARE THE EXACT PROGRAM DATES?
The Fully Expressed Program lasts 12 weeks, from November 7th to January 25th.
You will get to choose which cohort meeting time works best for you:
Cohort 1: Wednesdays at 5:30 pm PT
Cohort 2: Thursdays at 10:00 am PT
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE WEEKLY SESSIONS LIVE?
Yes, weekly group coaching sessions need to be attended live. I understand that things unexpectedly come up, so 1-2 sessions may be missed throughout the 3-month program.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
*Anyone* who wants to pursue their soul work and has a creative idea, dream, or vision that they want to create and (finally!) share with the world. This includes meditation teachers, writers & musicians, breathwork facilitators, therapists & coaches, human design readers, wellness practitioners – and many more.
WHAT ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF A "CREATIVE IDEA / DREAM / VISION"?
There is no limit to what creative project you want to work on in this program, but here are just a few examples: new services or offerings, a book of poetry, your music or photography, stepping into your role as a coach, mentor, meditation teacher, healing arts practitioner, etc.
I DON'T HAVE ONE IDEA OR VISION...I HAVE A BUNCH. AM I STILL A GOOD FIT FOR THIS PROGRAM?
YES! We will work together to help you land on *one* idea or dream to focus on for this program, but the good news is, once you learn this method, you can apply it to any and all of your ideas and dreams going forward!
I WANT MORE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING THAN JUST ONCE A MONTH – IS IT POSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE ADDITIONAL 1:1s?
Absolutely! Anyone who signs up for the Fully Expressed Program has the opportunity to schedule addition 1:1s with me at a member's rate. I want you to have as much support as you want on this journey!
